Is it possible to use the resolveuid for trackback and permalink urls?

I've got uids or trackback and I can received trackbacks, but I can't view the trackbacks after publishing them.  Viewing the main blog page it says I have X number of trackbacks for a particular entry, but the "Trackback(#)" is not linked like "Comments(#)"

.  Ideas?
