Working with qPloneComments 3.2.3
Up to Plone Comments
Hello --
I just installed qplonecomments 3.2.3 on a Plone 3.1.7-based site and have had a few problems I thought you might want to know about:
- The links in the email messages appear to contain an apostrophe (') at the end so that when a user clicks on the link, the page is not found.
- In the email which notifies a person of a reply to their comment, the 2nd link which contains '/talkback' (eg. http://mysite:8020/xxx/yyy/special_photo.2009-04-06.0379030116/talkback/1239992391) also doesn't work. What appears in my browser (Mac Firefox 3.0.8) is: http://mysite:8020/xxx/yyy/special_photo.2009-04-06.0379030116#1239992391. I believe that there should be a "/view" added in before the "#" to ensure that the image-based content item displays correctly.
- If, as a manager, I "publish" a comment from the page on which it appears (rather than from the management screen), I get redirected to an incorrect url, eg: http://mysite:8020/xxx/yyy/special_photo.2009-04-06.0379030116//view#1239993716. Note the double forward slash.
- Lastly, if X posts a comment, Y replies to X's comment, and Z replies to Y's comment, X gets notified of Z's reply to Y. Should it not be Y who gets the notification?
Regards,
Krys
Lastly, if X posts a comment, Y replies to X's comment, and Z replies
to Y's comment, X gets notified of Z's reply to Y. Should it not be Y
who gets the notification?
1. X add comment, notify admin, publish admin, reported X that publish comment
2. reply Y to X's comment, notify admin, publish admin, notify X, reported Y that publish comment
3. reply Z to Y's comment, notify admin, publish admin, notify Y, reported Z that publish comment
